VGL Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Hand Control mobile application (“App”). This App is provided as a free service.
Hand Control requires access to your device camera to function. The camera is used to:
The App also requests microphone access, which is used only when you choose to record a video with sound.
Your camera and microphone feeds are processed in real time on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your camera or microphone data on our servers, and we do not use them to identify you.
Hand and gesture detection is performed entirely on your device using on-device machine learning (Google MediaPipe). No camera images or video frames used for hand tracking ever leave your device through this feature.
Videos you record with the App are saved locally on your device (in your device storage or media gallery). You own and control this content. We do not access, collect, or upload your recordings. Any sharing of a recording happens only when you actively choose to share it through another app on your device.

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, when contacting us by email). The App does not collect precise location information.

Our App displays advertisements through Google AdMob and its mediation partners, which may include AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, and ironSource. These services may use cookies, device identifiers, or your Advertising ID to serve advertisements, including personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising or reset your Advertising ID through your device settings.
